FCCH Program

The primary purpose of Chase’s Child Care Corner is to provide a nurturing environment where children can feel safe, are supported in their individual needs, and are given tools for academic learning, social interactions and emotional competence which will serve them throughout their lives.
Chase’s Child Care Corner’s goal is to help and encourage children to develop to their fullest potential by providing them with experiences and a learning environment supported by the seven domains of the Nebraska Early Learning Guidelines.
Kim strives to present a purposeful play based curriculum with an emphasis on helping children grow socially, emotionally, and physically while also introducing them to academic areas.  She strives to provide a secure environment where children can learn to trust other adults and children.  The FCCH program utilizes teaching strategies found in The Creative Curriculum For Family Child Care® and supplement our activities with both I Love You Rituals® and Eat Play Grow™.   We use Handwriting Without Tears as a pre-writing curriculum which has been adopted as the handwriting curriculum of the Papillion-LaVista School District.
